Radius Recycling is hiring an Industrial Labourer / Torch Cutter Trainee to join our Surrey team. We are looking for hardworking, reliable individuals who enjoy hands-on work, working outdoors, and being part of a safety-focused team.
No previous torch-cutting experience is required. If you have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn, we'll provide the training.

What You'll Do
- Learn to operate industrial cutting torches safely
- Cut and prepare scrap metal for processing and shipment
- Sort and process recyclable metal materials
- Work with experienced team members to support daily production goals
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety and environmental procedures
- Report equipment concerns to supervisors
- Assist with general yard and production tasks as needed
What We're Looking For

- Can lift up to 50 lbs
- Have a valid driver's license
