Overview
We are currently seeling an experienced and passionate Aesthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3+ years in the industry and brings an existing clientele . We are looking for an Aesthetician who has passion for skincare, beauty treatments, and providing exceptional guest services. This role offers an opportunity to utilize your skills in a professional environment dedicated to enhancing clients' natural beauty and confidence. The Aesthetician will be responsible for delivering a variety of skincare services, including facials, Microneedling, Dermaplaining, body waxing, nail care, and relaxation massage while ensuring a welcoming and relaxing experience for all guests.
Responsibilities
- Perform professional skincare treatments (facials, peels, advanced treatments including microneedling and dermaplaining)
- Provide peronalized consultations and skincare recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized and sanitary workspace
- Offer exceptional guest services by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing client inquiries effectively
- Build and Maintain strong client relationships
- Engage in upselling of products and services to maximize client satisfaction and business growth
- Stay informed about the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product innovations to provide expert advice
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a licensed Aesthetician
- Ideal candidate has an established client base
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatments
- Experience in retail sales, upselling, and product demonstrations to enhance revenue opportunities
- Skilled in body waxing, nail care, relaxation massage and other aesthetic treatments
- Professional, reliable, and client focused
