Who We Are
Our client is a premium hydronic heating contractor specializing exclusively in high-end custom residential homes throughout the GTA.
We design, install, commission and service premium hydronic systems including in-floor radiant heating, radiators, snowmelt systems and boiler systems.
We're building one of Ontario's leading hydronic companies and are looking for experienced professionals who want to grow with us.
THE ROLE
Position Overview
We need an experienced hydronic specialist who can confidently walk into any residential hydronic system, quickly diagnose faults and communicate professionally with homeowners.
This role requires someone who enjoys solving technical problems, works independently, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional client experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities
- Service and maintain residential hydronic systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot boilers (primarily NTI and Navien)
- Complete annual maintenance inspections for membership customers
- Inspect, test and optimize system performance
- Diagnose uneven heating, flow issues, balancing and control failures
- Replace or repair defective components with minimal disruption
- Assist with boiler startups, filling, venting, gas work and commissioning
- Educate homeowners on system operation and maintenance
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Deliver exceptional customer service in occupied luxury homes
REQUIREMENTS
Required Experience
- Minimum 5 years servicing hydronic systems
- G2 Gas Technician Licence
- Extensive boiler troubleshooting experience
- NTI and Navien boiler experience
- Strong understanding of: in-floor heating, radiators, snowmelt, pumps, mixing systems, expansion tanks, air elimination, controls and zoning
- Experience commissioning hydronic systems
- Valid Ontario driver's licence

Pay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
