We are seeking a polished, hospitality-driven Bartender to join our team at Prime Seafood Palace. This role is ideal for someone who believes exceptional service comes before everything else and is equally comfortable behind the bar and on the floor.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve classic and signature cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits with precision and consistency.
- Deliver refined, attentive service to guests at the bar and throughout the dining room.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of our food, wine, and beverage offerings.
- Support service teams as needed and confidently manage guest interactions from start to finish.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, cleanliness, and hospitality.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in upscale or fine dining restaurants.
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, wine, and spirits.
- Exceptional communication skills and a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- A service-first mindset and the versatility to perform both bartender and server responsibilities.
