West Tower Bakery is seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our production team in Gambo in a full-time role. If you enjoy hands-on work, staying active and being part of a team that takes pride in getting quality products out the door, this could be a great fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with large-scale baking and food production
- Portion, package, label, and prepare products for wholesale orders
- Pick and organize orders for delivery
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work area
- Follow recipes, production schedules, and safety procedures
- Support bakers and production staff as needed
Qualifications
- Ability to work evening shifts (start times may be as early as 2:30 pm)
- Physically able to stand for long periods and ability to participate in two-person lifts of up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working for in a warm production environment while maintaining safety, productivity and quality standards
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Previous bakery, food production, or warehouse experience is an asset, but not required
