The Role
We are looking for a Beverage Operations Specialist to support the execution and ongoing development of our beverage programs across CRAFT Beer Market and Central Restaurants. This role is responsible for supporting beverage operations through inventory management, operational audits, menu rollouts, training, and new restaurant openings. You will work closely with the Beverage Innovation Manager to ensure beverage standards, systems, and processes are consistently executed across all locations.
This is a hands-on operational role for someone who is passionate about the art of bartending and enjoys working directly with restaurant teams. The Beverage Operations Specialist reports directly to the Director of Brand Innovation and plays a critical role in supporting restaurant operations, beverage innovation, and company growth.

What You’ll Lead
Beverage Program Support
- Support the Beverage Innovation Manager with menu development and rotating menus across CRAFT and Central
- Build and maintain local supplier relationships to support beverage innovation
Restaurant Support
- Conduct restaurant visits and provide clear action plans to improve beverage operations
- Review short- and long-term operational goals on a weekly basis
- Conduct inventory reviews with General Managers to improve inventory accuracy and reduce variances
- Support new restaurant openings through training guides, bar procurement, setup, organization, and training
- Support restaurants in achieving budgets through proper beverage training and execution
- Conduct bar environment audits with Regional and General Managers to ensure the highest standard of cleanliness and organization is maintained
Beverage Systems & Standards
- Conduct audits of order guides, ordering pars, prep charts, inventory, inventory routines, and invoicing
- Complete weekly Optimum Control updates for items and invoices
Training
- Assist in training Regional and General Managers on beverage menu rollouts, product specifications, ingredient knowledge, training, and rollout plans
- Train and develop Bar Managers on inventory routines and cost control best practices
What You’ll Bring
- 1-2 years of experience as a Bar Manager, AGM or GM
- 1-2 years of Mixology experience
- Advanced knowledge of Excel a strong asset
Where You’ll Work
- Based in our Downtown Calgary office, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Occasional travel across Canada & US as needed

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
