Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a HR Data Specialist to join their team. As a HR Data Specialist, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting the HR team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

- Manage and maintain HR data accuracy and integrity across systems
- Support HR reporting and analytics to inform decision-making
- Assist in data audits and compliance activities
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to optimize data processes
- Provide support for HR system upgrades and implementations

- Previous experience with HR data management or related field
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and HRIS systems
