Duties
- Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Squirrel POS or similar platforms
- Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring presentation quality and proper timing from kitchen to table
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, acting as the link between culinary team and guests
- Clear tables promptly, maintain cleanliness in dining areas, and assist with food handling and meal preparation when needed
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and cash handling procedures
- Support food safety standards by adhering to proper sanitation, cleaning protocols, and food handling regulations
- Communicate effectively with guests to address questions or concerns, providing exceptional guest services that enhance overall satisfaction
Skills
- Proven experience in food service, restaurant operations, or hospitality environments
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Knowledge of food preparation, serving techniques, and food safety practices
- Experience operating POS systems such as Micros POS or similar cashiering tools
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to interact clearly with guests and team members
- Kitchen experience or hotel background is a plus, along with barista experience or bar service knowledge
- Familiarity with cleaning procedures and food handling safety standards

Pay: $18.25-$37.92 per hour
