Current EA Position opportunities include:
1) CALGARY; Mon-Fri; 8:30am-4:00pm, in a Ukrainian Daycare (Candidates fluent in English, Ukrainian, and Russian will be most considered for this postion as it requires some translating)

Duties
- Support children during instructional activities, playtime, and daily routines to foster social, emotional, and cognitive development while implementing individualized program plans (IPPs) for students with delays/disabilities or special needs
- Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to help children develop foundational skills in the early years
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure consistent support tailored to each child's unique needs (our team consists of SLP, OT, PT, Beh Strats, and EA Trainers along with a an AB Certificated Teacher that leads the team)
- Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging environment that promotes positive behavior and learning
- Document student progress and communicate observations clearly to the teaching team
Qualifications
- Prior experience working with young children in an educational or care setting is preferred
- Knowledge of special education practices and experience working with individuals with disabilities is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, children, and families
- Experience working with children who have diverse learning needs or behavioral challenges is advantageous
- Background in early childhood education or related training demonstrates a solid foundation for supporting young learners
- Ability to engage actively with children through playful, positive interactions that foster growth and confidence
