Pourhouse is currently looking for an Assistant General Manager to join the team. If you're passionate about hospitality, the guest experience and leading a team, we want to hear from you!
Our food is designed with inspired and skilful technique, though born of familiar comforts. Hearty and mouth-watering meals with a sense of familiarity are done in a homemade style using fresh, local and seasonal ingredients. The cocktails have an old-fashioned soul, in variations both plain and fancy, and are the catalyst for the entire concept.
Who you are:
- A hospitality-driven leader with 1+ years of management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Calm, kind, and confident when interacting with guests and staff
- Experience with scheduling and controlling beverage & labour costs
- Knowledge of classic cocktails preferred
- Serving It Right certification required (Foodsafe Level 1 is an asset)
- Available to work evenings and weekends
