Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to provide outstanding customer service and enhance their overall experience.
- Manage bar inventory, restocking supplies as needed and maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cash handling with accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol service regulations, including proper food handling and responsible serving practices.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties such as giving change and balancing cash drawers at shift end.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours while demonstrating excellent time management skills.
Requirements
- Previous experience working as a bartender or in food service is highly preferred; restaurant experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or similar platforms for order entry and cashiering.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment through effective time management.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, billing, and inventory management.
- Experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is advantageous; however, motivated newcomers with a passion for service are encouraged to apply.
