Job Overview
We’re looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Care Team Member to join our dynamic sales support team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring a seamless experience for our customers by supporting the sales process from quote to delivery.
This is a fast-paced position where no two days are the same—you’ll be tracking sales activity, preparing quotes, processing orders, communicating with customers and internal teams, and supporting warehouse operations to ensure efficient order fulfillment. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support to the sales team
- Process project registrations and quotation requests accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system
- Process purchase orders and generate sales orders and invoices
- Communicate with dealers regarding order status, ETAs, and deliveries
- Monitor orders and proactively resolve issues
- Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including preparing shipments and verifying incoming goods
- Pick, pack, and coordinate orders for delivery or customer pickup
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of warehouse and inventory areas
- Support inventory counts and stock management to ensure accuracy
- Coordinate between warehouse and office teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Collaborate with team members and provide backup support as needed
- Assist with additional tasks and projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in inside sales, sales support, customer service, and/or warehouse operations
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- A customer-first mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Comfortable performing light physical duties, including lifting, packing, and organizing shipments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365
- Interest in technology is an asset
- Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset
Pay: $50,000.00-$53,000.00 per year
