Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Laborers/operators to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various tasks to support snow removal and ensure properties are completed efficiently. Positions have the potential to turn to full-time permanent for the right candidate.
Duties
- Perform physical labor shoveling snow
- use of various snow clearing equipment necessary. snow blower, back-pack blower, shovel and /or skid steer
- Operate and maintain equipment and tools
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment
- Support the team with any additional tasks as needed
Experience
- Previous experience in snow removal or a related field is preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform strenuous physical tasks
- Knowledge of basic hand and power tools is a plus
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment
Job Type: Seasonal
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: $18.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 1 – 60 per week
