Working in our state of the art Marche and Dining pavilion (the Mercato), Brescia is seeking several energetic and skilled individuals to fill positions as:
Contract Positions - $15.73/hour
December 2021 – April 2022
Receiving primary direction from the Sous Chefs, Chef de Partie, and the Food Services Manager, primary responsibilities will include the assembly, preparation, cooking and serving of food and beverage products and maintaining the cleanliness of the cooking area.
Required skills include: competent knowledge of cooking and at least two years’ experience in a commercial or institutional environment; excellent customer service skills; attention to detail; strong interpersonal skills; ability to follow oral and written direction; knowledge of Food Safety and HACCP procedures, WHMIS and the Occupational Health & Safety Act. A willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings will also be necessary.
