Chaska Brampton is looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Cashier/Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent service to guests, handle transactions accurately, and help create a welcoming dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and take food and beverage orders
- Process cash, debit, and credit transactions accurately
- Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas
- Answer customer questions about menu items and make recommendations
- Handle customer concerns or complaints politely and efficiently
- Restock supplies and assist with opening/closing duties
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role preferred (but not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math and cash-handling skills
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler Certification (an asset, if required in your area)
