B&J Global Inc. is a growing logistics and warehousing company providing warehousing, distribution, order fulfillment, and 3PL logistics services to business clients.
We are currently hiring an Experienced Warehouse Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. This position requires hands-on forklift operating experience in a warehouse environment. The ideal candidate must be reliable, safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced logistics warehouse.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently in the warehouse
- Load, unload, move, stack, and organize pallets and products
- Assist with receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and order preparation
- Move products to designated warehouse locations accurately
- Check product quantities and report damages, shortages, or discrepancies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment
- Follow warehouse procedures, company policies, and safety requirements
- Work closely with warehouse supervisors and team members to complete daily tasks
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned
Requirements
- Forklift operating experience is required
- Previous warehouse experience is required
- Experience operating reach truck, counterbalance, or order picker is preferred
- Valid forklift certificate is preferred
- Experience in logistics, warehousing, distribution, 3PL, or e-commerce fulfillment is an asset
- Ability to load, unload, move, and organize warehouse products safely
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable, punctual, hardworking, and responsible
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently
- Basic English communication skills are required
- Legal authorization to work in Canada is required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with receiving, shipping, inventory control, picking, packing, and pallet handling
- Familiarity with barcode scanners or warehouse management systems is an asset
- Previous experience in a fast-paced warehouse or logistics environment
- Ability to lift and move products as required
Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- Full-time position
- Overtime may be available depending on business needs
