True North Sports + Entertainment is seeking a Ticket Services Coordinator to support the planning and execution of Season Ticket Member benefits, exclusive experiences, and fan engagement initiatives.
The Ticket Services Coordinator plays an important role in enhancing the Winnipeg Jets and Manitoba Moose Season Ticket Member experience through the coordination and execution of membership benefits, exclusive experiences, events, and engagement initiatives. This position supports a variety of membership programs and special events while helping ensure the seamless delivery of sales, service, and fan engagement initiatives throughout the season.
What to be excited for in this role:

Be a facilitator of Jets Ticket Membership benefits & experiences and programming including, but not limited to;
-
Ensuring the fulfillment and execution of all STM benefits

Coordinating items/programming: including memorabilia, merchandise, food and beverage, and event coordination.

Plan and coordinate Jets and Moose Season Ticket Membership Experiences (i.e. VIP Experiences and initiatives)

Assist with execution and planning of Partnership and Premium Department initiatives and events.

Coordinate Monthly Season Ticket Members Newsletters for both Jets and Moose.

Update Season Ticket Member Benefits website regularly.

Coordination and execution of Winnipeg Jets group sales programming.

Work closely with all other departments including Ticket Operations, Marketing, Community Relations, Event Staff, Game Production, Hockey Ops and Sponsorship to execute program initiatives.
What we need from you:

Previous experience in as a coordinator or event planning role is a preferred.

Strong analytical skills, with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel.

Proficient knowledge of ticketing and CRM systems (Archtics and Account Manager preferred).

Sound interpersonal skills and judgment to aid in management of relationships with various members, suppliers’, peers, and supervisors as required in this role.

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Superior attention to detail and excellent personal organization.

Very strong organizational skills to stay on task and effectively manage competing demands towards successful and timely completion of projects.

Ability to work as a positive contributor to a creative team in a fast-paced sports and entertainment environment.

Must be a self-starter who is able to work independently.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and show professionalism and discretion with sensitive materials and data.

This role is event-driven and requires regular attendance during evenings, weekends, and occasionally holidays based on the event schedule.

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.

Must have a valid Manitoba driver's licence access to reliable transportation.
