We are seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through the Canadian immigration process, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, and providing expert advice on various immigration pathways. Duties
- Provide professional immigration consulting services to clients seeking to immigrate to Canada
- Assess clients’ eligibility for various immigration programs and advise on the best options available
- Prepare and submit comprehensive immigration applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Stay updated on changes in Canadian immigration laws, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance
- Liaise with government agencies and other stakeholders on behalf of clients
- Offer guidance on documentation requirements, interview preparation, and post-application processes
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, case progress, and documentation in accordance with regulatory standards
- Educate clients about their rights, responsibilities, and the legal implications of their immigration choices
- Promote ethical practices and uphold the standards set by the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC)
Skills
- Valid registration as a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) or eligibility for registration
- In-depth knowledge of Canadian immigration laws, policies, and procedures
- Strong analytical skills to assess client eligibility and develop strategic solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are an asset
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in preparing legal documents and applications
- Ability to handle sensitive client information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills to build trustful relationships with clients and stakeholders

Pay: $40,000.00-$73,000.00 per year
