Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Wills and Estates Lawyer to join our legal team.
This role involves providing expert legal counsel on estate planning, probate, and related matters. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, drafting skills and a strong desire to learn and develop skills in estate planning.

Responsibilities
- Drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents with precision and clarity
- Advising clients on estate planning strategies to meet their personal and financial goals
- Negotiating terms with clients, beneficiaries, and other parties involved in estate matters
- Managing probate proceedings, including filing necessary documents and representing clients in court as needed
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to estates and wills

Pay: $60,000.00-$135,000.00 per year
