Role Overview:
The Bid & Contract Manager will be responsible for organizing and managing all bid documentation, ensuring seamless distribution of project information, assembling bid presentations, and coordinating contract execution. This role is critical in maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and compliance from the pre-bid stage through to contract finalization.
Key Responsibilities:

Download, organize, and save all project documents in shared folders for easy team access.

Distribute updated drawings, specifications, and project information to relevant team members.

Assemble and coordinate bid presentations, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.

Act as the central point of contact for all client-issued information, ensuring consistent distribution to internal teams.

Review and track all client communications to maintain clarity and accuracy.

Ensure all contracts are set up prior to project start, confirming alignment with company standards and terms.

Support the pre-construction and project teams with documentation control and administrative coordination.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, or related field (an asset, not mandatory).

3+ years of experience in bid coordination, contract administration, or project management support (construction industry preferred).

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Bilingual (French and English).
