Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a multi- disciplinary clinic setting. The Nurse Practitioner will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including naturoparhic doctors and osteopatjic practiitoners to ensure comprehensive patient management.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluations to determine health status and needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments.
- Provide direct patient care, including performing physical examinations, ordering diagnostic tests, and interpreting results.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventive care.
- Collaborate with physicians, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records using electronic health record systems such as Cerner.
- Stay current with medical advancements and best practices in patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the healthcare facility.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Nursing or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Current Nurse Practitioner certification in the relevant specialty area (e.g., pediatrics).
- Valid state nursing license with prescriptive authority.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and laboratory procedures.
- Experience in pain management is preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in a medical office or hospital setting is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative healthcare team.

Expected hours: 10 – 16 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
