Overview
We are seeking a versatile and skilled construction professional to join our team in a dynamic role that involves various aspects of building, renovation, and maintenance projects. The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of skills including blueprint reading, carpentry, masonry, electrical work, and the operation of heavy equipment. Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute project plans
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform construction tasks including concrete forming, finishing, and restoration work
- Install cabinetry, flooring, tile, and perform masonry and carpentry duties
- Conduct electrical and plumbing installations or repairs as needed
- Apply caulking, painting, and other finishing techniques to ensure quality standards
- Assist in estimating project costs and materials for various construction tasks
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met while maintaining safety protocols
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite throughout each project phase
Experience
- Proven experience in construction or related trades such as carpentry, masonry, electrical work, or plumbing
- Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating is preferred
- Hands-on experience with concrete finishing, tile laying, flooring installation, or restoration projects is advantageous
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely is a plus
- Prior experience with welding or working with power tools is desirable
- Strong knowledge of safety standards within the construction industry
- Demonstrated ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments
This position requires candidates to be adaptable across multiple trades with a focus on quality workmanship. Pay: $50.00-$3,000.00 per month
