- You will respond to inbound leads convincing them to book by building instant rapport and conveying value. Scheduling shoots, follow ups, lots of phone work (NO COLD CALLING)
- Work with Google Suites updating spreadsheets & our database with notes and accurate records of customer interactions (in Trello)
- Correspond with clients via email & text (sophisticated written English required)
- You will use your persuasive skills to get clients to take cancellations spots!
- Assist with general office duties & production overflow
- Collect payments from clients
- Confirm bookings and prep clients
- Assist with social media, marketing, online research & helping with business development
- You are a 'take control' type of person, you will take initiative on your very first day
BONUS IF YOU'RE WILLING TO:
- On occasion, help some Saturdays with hosting - on those days there is a dress code. You must be dressy & polished to welcome families, recite a memorized script describing our process, help watch children while parents are in selection, keep the day running on time & keep the studio clean
