From its full-service multi-studio facility, SJC Content works with leading brands and retailers to create content for every channel, including photography, video, social animation, interactive e-commerce content and digital signage
SJC Content is seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Coordinator on an initial 3-5 month contract to lead cross-functional projects supporting creative, content, and digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile project management, digital asset management (DAM), content production workflows, and marketing automation. This role requires close collaboration with creative, marketing, content, and technology teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Manage multiple concurrent projects from initiation through delivery using Agile project management methodologies.

Facilitate project planning, sprint ceremonies, status meetings, and stakeholder communications.

Coordinate cross-functional teams including creative, marketing, content, production, and technology resources.

Oversee project timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.

Partner with creative teams to manage the development and delivery of print and digital advertising campaigns.

Ensure efficient utilization and governance of Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems, including asset organization, metadata standards, and workflow processes.

Support and optimize marketing and content automation workflows to improve operational efficiency and scalability.

Monitor project performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements.

Maintain project documentation, reporting, and performance metrics.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, priorities, and success criteria.
Required Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Project Management, or a related field.

3+ years of project management experience supporting creative, marketing, or digital content teams.

Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.

Experience working with Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms.

Understanding of marketing automation tools and workflow automation processes.

Familiarity with content creation, production, and delivery for both print and digital advertising campaigns.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting, analysis, and project tracking.

Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Acrobat.

Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications

Agile certification (CSM, PMI-ACP, or equivalent).

Experience with project management platforms such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Workfront, or Smartsheet.

Experience working in a creative agency, marketing organization, or in-house creative services team.

Knowledge of digital marketing, content operations, and creative production workflows.
