Responsibilities
- Provide professional hair styling services including cuts, color, treatments, and styling tailored to client preferences
- Deliver excellent customer service by understanding client needs and offering personalized recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all work areas, tools, and equipment in accordance with health regulations
- Upsell additional services or retail products to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
- Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and handling retail sales efficiently
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure a positive experience and foster long-term relationships
- Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and salon products through ongoing education
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hair styling or cosmetology preferred; certification or license required where applicable
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety standards in a salon environment
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor

Pay: $19.00-$47.69 per hour
