Overview
We’re looking for a friendly, organized person to run our front desk on weekends — and to put their social media skills to work in the in-between moments. This role is a mix: patient-facing reception when the clinic needs you, content and social media when it doesn’t. Open, flexible availability to fill in shifts as needed is a big plus, and there’s room to take on more responsibility as you settle in and the clinic grows.

What you’ll do
- Welcome patients and manage bookings in our clinic software (Jane — full training provided)
- Answer phones and emails, and process payments
- Keep the front desk running smoothly
- Plan, create, and post social media content for the clinic (Instagram, Facebook, and Google)
- Help keep our online presence active — posts, stories, reviews, and community engagement
- Create engaging visual content using a variety of tools to enhance brand visibility.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO & AEO to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
What we’re looking for
- Hands-on social media experience
- Warm, professional people skills — you’re often the first face patients see
- Organized and self-directed — you can switch between reception and content work without being told
- Flexible availability to pick up fill-in shifts is an asset
- Customer service or reception experience is an asset; clinic experience is a bonus, not a requirement
Pay: $17.60-$22.00 per hour
