PATIENT EXPERIENCE COORDINATOR

The Patient Experience Coordinator (PEC) will be responsible for:
- Phone, In Person and Email Patient customer service, knowledgeable of our clinicians and the services we offer
- Scheduling, arrival and departure of patients, billing
- Ensuring attention to detail in collection, organizing and entry of information
- Schedule optimization and supporting our Practitioners with patient flow
- Knowledgeable about services offered, including WSIB and MVA rehabilitation programs
- General office and clinic maintenance, treatment room tidying and restocking
- Collaboration with fellow team members to provide an exceptional patient and team experience
- Other duties as required
Experience
- Previous experience in a fast-paced work environment
- Experience with one of more of the following considered an asset: third party billing, clinical databases, accounts receivable, retail.
- Certificate in medical office administration preferred but not a requirement
- Customer service experience preferred.

This role is to fill a vacancy within our team, and will require flexible scheduling of mornings, day and evenings and Saturday shifts.
Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
