About the Role:
Pro Reliance Builds is looking for an experienced and motivated Construction Services Sales Representative to join our growing team. You will help generate new business, connect with prospective clients, understand their construction needs, and guide them through our services.
Responsibilities:
- Follow up with new sales leads
- Speak with homeowners, investors, developers, and other prospective clients for construction services
- Explain our construction services and project process
- Schedule consultations and site visits
- Prepare and follow up on proposals and estimates
- Maintain accurate records of leads and customer communications
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Meet established sales goals
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience
- Construction, homebuilding, renovation, or real estate sales experience is preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-service skills
- Confident speaking with clients by phone, email, and in person
- Organized, dependable, and results-driven
- Comfortable using CRM and sales-tracking software
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
