Alongside our team of 180+ members spanning Media Buyers, Copywriters, Content Managers, Landing Page Developers, Content Creators, Email & SMS Coordinators, CGC & Influencer Managers, we need a Socials Media Buyer (FB and Instagram) to support the team in achieving aggressive growth goals for the agency.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience with Social Media Advertising
- Experience managing & communicating with clients on an ongoing basis
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Create and manage high-performing paid acquisition campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced team environment.
- Taking lead on building ads, creatives, pages, and other needle-moving assets that increase conversion rates and the overall performance of your campaigns.
- Test, test, and test again. Through ongoing review and optimization of the full user journey, you will lower the CPA (cost per acquisition) of each campaign to ensure that targets and goals are being conquered.
- Present findings and report on results. What is working and why? What are the next opportunities? How can we best scale the campaign?
- Key factor for success in this position: Constantly test new approaches for scaling your client’s brand. Think your idea might be crazy? You won’t know until you try. Using this approach to accumulate data helps optimize performance and provides our clients with super valuable data.

We're looking to build a team of like-minded passionate people to accelerate their skills with unmatched training through our Pilot Program, graduating themselves into leading some of the largest growth accounts across the globe.
You're going to become a multi-channel expert – someone with a passion for marketing, a wide variety of tools, and a drive to learn as much as possible, as quickly as possible.
In this role, you’ll be given the keys to work directly with clients to help achieve their dreams and goals. We primarily work with Facebook/Instagram advertising but experience with TikTok, ad creative, pages, and Shopify will also be a valuable asset.
You’ll be responsible for setting strategic direction, building and communicating timelines, and managing deliverables.
Most importantly, you will implement opportunities to optimize on an ongoing basis to scale results for clients.

You’ve just been hired to run paid advertisements for a new company promoting their SMART Dog Leash through their Shopify Store. The objective of your account is to acquire New Customers at a cost of $30/customer.
This new dog leash is fully equipped with a walking sensor and Bluetooth compatibility. It can do things like calculate distance walked, play music, and even glow in the dark. There’s a huge audience of dog owners out there who would love to have this in their hands!
Your budget is approximately $1000 CAD/Day.
