Job Overview
We are looking for 2 energetic, friendly, and tech-savvy people to help us offer a premium virtual reality experience for guests during the Jurassic Tour in Ottawa (Kanata). This role involves engaging with guests, taking payments, ensuring their needs are met, and maintaining a welcoming environment. The VR Hosts will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall virtual reality experience.
Responsibilities
- Help us offer the most cutting edge VR entertainment in Canada with a fleet of 5 Meta Quest headsets.
- Your duties will include assisting and helping customers prepare for their VR experience.
- Other duties will include setting up signage and tables for equipment, helping set up VR, explaining how to use Meta Quest VR devices, and ensuring the safety of our clients.
- Additional details include maintaining equipment, troubleshooting, maintenance cleaning, as well as answering any questions.

Schedule:
- The event runs from June 26 until July 12th from 10am to 5pm. We are scheduling 2 people to split these shifts.
Experience:
- Guest services: 1 year (Preferred)

- Events management: 1 year (Preferred)
