Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Window Cleaner/Driver to join our team. This role involves performing professional window cleaning services for commercial and residential clients, as well as safely operating company vehicles to transport equipment and personnel to job sites. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, excellent time management, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
Duties
- Clean windows on commercial and residential properties using hand tools, power tools, and specialized cleaning solutions
- Safely operate company vehicles to travel between client locations, ensuring timely arrivals and departures
- Utilize facilities maintenance skills to perform cleaning tasks efficiently and effectively
- Use custodial equipment and tools to maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed, including minor repairs or upkeep of cleaning tools and supplies
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries professionally and ensuring their satisfaction
- Manage time effectively to complete scheduled jobs within designated timeframes
- Heavy lifting of cleaning equipment, supplies, and materials required for various cleaning projects
- Maintain safety standards during all operations, including proper handling of power tools and cleaning chemicals
Requirements
- Previous custodial or commercial cleaning experience preferred; familiarity with facilities maintenance is a plus
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment safely and effectively
- Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with window cleaning projects
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience driving commercial vehicles is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
- Good interpersonal skills with a customer service-oriented attitude
- Reliable transportation to reach various job sites across different locations
