About the Role
We are currently hiring professional, reliable, and detail-oriented Security Guards for weekday and weekends; day and night shifts. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for clients, staff, visitors, and property across various client sites.
Position Details
- Schedule: Weekend and Weekday shifts (Day and Night shifts available)
- Employment Type: Full-time and Part-time positions available
- Locations: Commercial buildings, construction sites, retail plazas, offices, and residential properties

Responsibilities
- Perform regular indoor/outdoor patrols of the property
- Monitor entrances, exits, common areas, and CCTV systems where applicable
- Observe, deter, and report suspicious activity promptly
- Complete clear, accurate daily activity logs and incident reports
- Respond professionally to alarms, emergencies, and client requests
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants, visitors, and facility staff
- Enforce site rules, safety procedures, and secure all doors, gates, and access points
Requirements
- Valid Alberta Security License (Required)
- Personal owned vehicle and valid drivers license required
- Previous experience as a security guard is required
- Experience as a Security supervisor or manager is an asset

- Professional appearance, punctual demeanor, and strong conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods
- Basic computer and smartphone literacy (for electronic reporting systems)
