The Job
As a Service Coordinator at Quercus IT, you will assist Quercus in providing extraordinary service quality through a number of responsibilities. Key activities include dispatch, project and service coordination, procurement, receiving, inventory management, invoicing and assisting the executive team. This role will operate out of the Quercus office in Edmonton but may require occasional client site visits.

Hours & Location
8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday in Edmonton

What You'll Be Doing

Answer incoming support phone and email requests and dispatch tickets to our technicians
Create and coordinate project activities with the project team and client contact
Create and coordinate service tickets with the project team and client contact
Procure & receive equipment from distributors
Manage our inventory and restock as necessary
Generate sales and service invoices, follow up with aging invoices
Provide assistance to the Executive team as necessary. Conduct general office duties as required
Assist in other areas as requested
Deliver an outstanding level of service quality
