Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our construction team. We are a stucco company Divine Stucco & Construction LTD. The ideal candidate will oversee project timelines, coordinate between teams, and ensure project milestones are met efficiently. This role requires strong communication skills, technical knowledge of construction processes, and proficiency with industry-standard software. The Project Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting project managers and ensuring the successful delivery of construction projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities/Duties:
- Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules
- Set up and maintain project files, folders, and trackers
- Coordinate project activities, tracking progress, and managing documentation on a software
- Review and interpret blueprints, make estimates on a software, and construction drawings to facilitate accurate project execution
- Collaborate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Prepare and update project estimates using a software and construction estimating tools
- Review the plan, markup, and document management
- Monitor project timelines and budgets to identify potential delays or cost overruns early on
- Maintain accurate records of project correspondence, change orders, follow-up on emails venders/contractors
- Make monthly payrolls for workers, follow-up on monthly budgets
- Track and manage client upgrades and change orders
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in construction management or related field; construction experience preferred
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knows how to use the computer, excel sheets, word document, Microsoft (emailing), manage payrolls, extra paperwork, deal with phone calls
- Strong understanding of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings
- Knowledge of construction estimating processes and tools
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills for coordinating between teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at the same time
- Comfortable to work with consultants, suppliers, sales teams and field staff

Pay: $15.00-$16.00 per hour
