About the Role
As a Crew Leader / Foreman, you’ll manage a framing crew on commercial job sites — keeping projects moving efficiently, safely, and up to standard. You’ll work closely with site management, coordinate daily activities, and ensure your crew delivers top-quality results that reflect our company’s values and reputation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a wood framing crew on commercial projects
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
- Organize daily work tasks and assign duties to maximize efficiency
- Ensure all framing is accurate, safe, and meets project requirements
- Maintain clear communication with management regarding progress and needs
- Train and mentor crew members — helping them grow in skill and professionalism
- Uphold all company safety standards and job-site policies
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 10 years in wood framing, with 1–2 years in a leadership or foreman role
- Knowledge: Solid understanding of layout, structure, and building codes
- Leadership: A team-first mindset — lead by example, with respect and accountability
- Communication: Clear, direct, and professional with crew and management
- Work Ethic: Reliable, organized, and proud of your workmanship
- Safety Focused: Always aware, always leading with safety first
