About the Role
The Landscape Maintenance Manager plays a key leadership role in driving growth, client satisfaction, and operational excellence at The Great Canadian Landscaping Company. This position is responsible for managing maintenance clients, developing new business opportunities, and leading crews to deliver high-quality service across all projects.
Working closely with the Vice President, you will oversee client relationships, guide production teams, identify opportunities for expansion, and ensure projects are delivered efficiently and profitably.
This is a dynamic, fast-paced role that blends leadership, client management, sales, and operations. You will be instrumental in building a strong maintenance portfolio while maintaining high standards of performance and customer satisfaction.
