B. Brokers Employment is hiring on behalf of a Reputable Insurance Brokerage who are looking to expand the following CSR departments:

  • Commercial Lines -Transportation Specialist
  • Commercial Lines
  • Personal Lines

What your day looks like:

  • Supporting the Producers and Clients in the selling and servicing of Commercial/Personal insurance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our internal & external partners which includes insurance company representatives and producers.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional day to day customer service to our clients
  • Process policy changes and provide guidance and explanations of coverage to clients Review accounts and renewals ensuring clients are properly protected
  • Maintain professional relationships with Insurers, Underwriters and Producers
  • Assist and provide support to Producers as required
  • Processes call backs, submissions and mail
  • Identify and act upon cross sell opportunities based on client needs
  • Promotes client loyalty through attention to detail and relationship building
  • Remains current on all company rules and procedures
  • Accepts risks within established guidelines

What you have:

  • RIBO licensed
  • Previous commercial/personal insurance experience
  • Professional, friendly and courteous with the ability to provide superior customer service
  • Have the ability to communicate effectively with clients, both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • Have excellent organization and time management skills
  • Strong analytical and decision making abilities to work with a variety of insurers and their products
  • Adaptable to change and ability to perform various assigned tasks
  • Broker Management System Experience
  • Team player with strong work ethic and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
