- Base + commission
- Base: $50-60k base
- OTE: $78,500 - 88,500 OTE + uncapped commissions
- This position is mostly remote with 1 day/week in person (subject to change)

Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify leads for advertising services within the Toronto market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their advertising needs and develop customized solutions. Present proposals and negotiate terms to close deals effectively.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation and delivery of advertising campaigns.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in sales, particularly in selling Instagram, Tiktok or social media services.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster long-term relationships.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
- Knowledge or prior experience selling marketing services is a plus.
