Warehouse Manager (Evening Shift)

As our business continues to grow, we are launching a new evening warehouse shift and are seeking a hands-on, organized, and dependable Warehouse Manager to lead warehouse operations during this critical period.
This role is responsible for supervising warehouse staff, ensuring orders are prepared accurately and efficiently, maintaining inventory standards, coordinating inbound and outbound logistics, and helping ensure the warehouse operates safely and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support warehouse employees during the evening shift
- Coordinate daily warehouse operations, order fulfillment, and production schedules
- Ensure all customer orders are picked, packed, and prepared accurately
- Manage inventory counts, stock rotation, and inventory accuracy
- Coordinate next-day delivery routes and outbound shipments
- Assist with receiving and unloading deliveries
- Monitor warehouse productivity, order accuracy, and employee performance
- Track and maintain warehouse KPIs and operational standards
- Ensure workplace safety standards are followed
- Troubleshoot operational issues and communicate with management as required
- Assist with training and onboarding new warehouse team members
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment
Requirements
- Previous warehouse leadership, supervisory, or management experience
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Experience with inventory management and warehouse operations
- Experience leading and managing warehouse teams
- Comfortable working in refrigerated and freezer environments
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid G driver's license considered an asset
- Forklift certification considered an asset
- Strong communication skills and ability to lead a team
- Cold storage experience considered an asset

Schedule
- Full-time
- Evening shift, 4 pm to 12:00 am
- Friday - Tuesday (Wednesdays/Thursdays off)

Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year, based on experience.
Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
