Flowscape Studio is the GTA's first interactive art studio, blending hands-on arts & crafts with immersive digital sensory experiences for children ages 4+. Located in Burlington, our space is designed for young creators (ages 4+) to work across physical and digital mediums seamlessly. We create memorable, high-energy creative experiences through art classes, workshops, birthday parties, camps, and special events.
The Role
We’re looking for an Art Instructor/ Studio Assistant who can lead engaging, fun-filled art and crafts activities for young kids. This role starts part-time (weekends, plus possible weekday evenings from 3–7 PM), with room to grow into more hours and responsibilities.
What You'll Do:
- Lead hands-on art and craft sessions
- Run 1 hr long creative activities for birthday parties/ events/ art classes
- Engage and manage mixed-age groups with energy and creativity
- Helping plan lessons and camp activities
- Keeping the studio clean and organized
- Helping with birthday parties and events
Seasonal Commitment:
During Summer break and March break we run full-day art camps, and this role will include additional daytime camp hours during those periods. This position naturally shifts with the studio schedule throughout the year, offering more hours during school breaks and camps.
Who You Are:
- Interested in arts and crafts
- Great with kids — patient, friendly, and able to connect with different personalities
- Comfortable leading groups and keeping kids excited, focused, and involved
- High-energy, upbeat, and approachable with a passion for working with children
- Highly punctual, reliable, and accountable
- Comfortable working independently and running classes on your own when needed
- Available on weekends (our busiest times) and weekdays
- Interested in growing with the studio over time
Bonus Skills (Not Required):
- Background in kids' programming (camps, schools, early childhood education)
- Experience with dance/ theatre/ performing arts

Studio Location: Near Harvester Road & Walkers Line, Burlington
Work is fully on-site

Pay: $18–$22/ hour (paid weekly)
