Outside Services Job Description
Do you enjoy working outdoors, being on your feet, and interacting with others in a high paced group environment? Highlands Golf Club has the job for you! We are seeking enthusiastic and hardworking team members for our 2026 Outside Services Department.
Tasks and Responsibilities
· Enjoyment in the greeting of our Members and Guests
· Responsible for maintaining our brand new fleet of 52 golf carts
· Ensure all equipment is cleaned before and after play
· Up keep of bag storage and cart bay area
· Assist with organization of tournaments and events
· Support Pro Shop staff helping ensure the optimal team environment
Qualifications
· Ability to provide the finest in customer service
· Must possess a positive attitude and work well with other team members
· Capable of effective communication
· Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays
· Ability to multitask, problem solve, and work under pressure with minimal supervision
· Must be able to carry 30 pounds and be on your feet for extended periods
· Must possess a valid Class 5 - GDL drivers license
