Warehouse Coordinator for a 3-month full-time contract opportunity in Downtown Toronto, ON. If you have experience in shipping and receiving, material handling, and inventory management, this could be an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team supporting critical hospital operations.
In this role, you will be responsible for shipping and receiving activities, stocking supplies, and ensuring the efficient movement of materials throughout a hospital environment while maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism.

Responsibilities

Perform daily shipping and receiving activities, ensuring materials are processed accurately and efficiently.

Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments.

Stock shelves and replenish hospital supplies to ensure operational needs are met.

Move and transport materials throughout the facility using appropriate material handling equipment.

Safely operate an electric pallet jack to transport products and supplies.

Maintain inventory organization and ensure storage areas remain clean and orderly.

Assist with loading, unloading, and handling materials weighing up to 50 lbs.

Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply shortages as required.

Follow all workplace health and safety procedures while maintaining a professional work environment.

Collaborate effectively with team members and hospital staff to support daily operations.

Take initiative to identify and resolve operational issues while ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
Qualifications

Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.

Previous experience in shipping and receiving, warehouse operations, or material handling is required.

Experience operating an electric pallet jack is required.

Ability to safely lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
