DENTAL RECEPTIONIST — CASSELMAN, ON
$25/hr + bonuses · Monday to Thursday · No evenings, no Fridays, no weekends
Dentisterie @ Casselman is a premium, boutique practice specializing in implants, sedation dentistry, full-mouth reconstruction, and restorative care. We are hiring a Dental Receptionist to join our small, high-performing team where your work is seen, valued, and rewarded.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Be the warm, professional first point of contact for all patients — in person and over the phone
- Manage scheduling, confirmations, recalls, and patient flow to keep the day running smoothly
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, payments, and insurance coordination with accuracy and care
- Support anxious or nervous patients from the very first interaction and help them feel at ease
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized reception area
- Communicate clearly with the clinical team to ensure seamless patient handoffs
- Manage administrative tasks including charting notes, correspondence, and follow-ups
- Keep patient records accurate and up to date in ClearDent
WHAT YOU BRING
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a medical/dental front office role (preferred)
- Excellent phone manner, strong organizational skills, and calm under pressure
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask without dropping balls
- Clear, proactive communicator with a team-first mindset
- Empathy for patients — many of ours are anxious or haven’t been to a dentist in years
- Bilingual (English/French) is a strong asset given our patient base
- Comfortable using dental practice management software (ClearDent experience is a plus)
- CPR/First Aid (current or willing to obtain)
