We are currently seeking two Staging Associates to work at our Mississauga location.

The Staging Associate is responsible for the efficient product picking and packing of all customer orders in support of cleanroom production.

Under the direction of the Cleanroom Team Leads and/or Supervisor, the Staging Associate picks and stages all supplies as outlined on the worksheets and labels all completed production. The Staging Associate interacts with the Operations Department to ensure that supplies are available for production (inventory and quality assurance checks). The work is performed according to set practices and procedures and is of a routine nature. Unusual problems are referred to the incumbent’s lead and/or supervisor/manager.

  • Lengthy periods of standing are required
  • 80-90% of the time is standing and moving to complete tasks required, using outstretched arms in front of the body while picking and packing IV admixtures
  • Lifting is required of objects up to 30lbs.
  • 90% of the time concentrated visual attention is required for verification of finished product
  • Routine, fast paced work environment
  • Minimum high school diploma
  • Strong English communication skills required
  • General computer aptitude
  • Ability to multi-task; prioritize and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail
