Key Responsibilities
· Expand our market presence in the GTA by developing new customer relationships.
· Establish and achieve sales objectives and annual quotas for the territory covering Burlington to Oshawa to Barrie
· Communicate our company values, solutions, processes, and partnerships effectively.
· Grow and maintain our customer base through customer acquisition, onboarding, and training.
· Develop and drive sales strategies aligned with market trends and company goals.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service and continuous improvement.
· Identify and strategically solve client issues.
· Analyze pipeline and lead data to provide key business insights.
· Prepare and present market position and initiatives to management.
Required Experience and Skills
· 5+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
· Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· High degree of discipline and ethical standards.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Strong operational focus with KPI tracking.
· Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
· Ability to travel within the GTA.
Compensation
· Base Salary: $75,000 plus commission and bonuses
· Performance Bonus: [to be discussed]
· RRSP Contribution: [as per employee agreement]
· Vacation: 4 weeks
· Expense Allowance: Vehicle mileage, client meals, hotels, office equipment
