Role Description

We’re looking for skilled career individuals to join a dynamic sales and marketing organization where you’ll connect with some of the most creative, spirited, energetic people. This role will be located in the Freedom 55 Financial Centre.

This role provides strategic partnership to directors in support of the execution of business plans. Your goal is to clear the path for the sales team member to spend more time with advisors and clients. You will be a key enabler to impact sales with business subject matter expertise, you proactively support sales with activity management and support key sales functions within the sales roles, you support the execution of business plans and support training in the region to partner on advisor development and ease of doing business with us.

Accountabilities:
Provide strategic partnership to the sales team through the stages of the sales process
Highlight opportunities as it relates to the annual business plan – partner in the recommendation and execution of solutions
Partner on campaigns (i.e. building, follow up)
Data mining (i.e. opportunities, intel and sales results)
Complex sales reporting (execution and analysis)
Support training initiatives
Activity management and calendar management
Clear the path and support on advisor development

Qualifications and Competencies:
Excel at building new and existing relationships
Ability to juggle multiple and changing priorities and meet deadlines
High degree of professional image, behaviors and communication skills needed
Ability to seek opportunities to clarify marketing strategy focus and assist with driving results
Strong negotiation skills
Ability to adapt to a changing environment
Work well within a diverse team environment as well as working well independently
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong critical thinking skills
Post-secondary education in a business discipline or equivalent experience
Experience in the Financial Services / Retail Wealth Business would be an asset
