Skydweller Drone Services is a fast-growing exterior cleaning and aerial inspection company serving commercial and residential clients across Metro Vancouver. We specialize in window cleaning, facade cleaning, pressure washing, and drone-assisted building inspections. We're looking for a reliable, safety-focused technician to join our team and grow with us.
Role Overview
As a Drone Pilot / Power Wash Technician, you will work alongside our crew to deliver high-quality exterior cleaning and aerial inspection services. You'll operate pressure washing equipment, assist with site setup and safety, support drone operations, and help document job progress using our field reporting software.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate hot and cold water pressure washing equipment
- Mix and apply cleaning chemicals safely
- Set up job site safety: delineators, danger tape, cable mats, and cones
- Complete full van inventory checks and maintain equipment in the field
- Document all jobs
- Assist with or operate drones for aerial facade inspections and window cleaning
- Communicate professionally with clients and site contacts on arrival
What We're Looking For
- Transport Canada Advanced RPAS Certificate preferred — we will support the right candidate to complete their certification
- Experience in power washing, exterior cleaning, or a related trade is an asset
- Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong attention to safety protocols and detail
- Valid BC driver's licence required
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
What We Offer
- $27.50–$35.00/hr depending on experience
- Paid 8-week structured onboarding program
- We will support you in completing your Advanced RPAS drone certification
