We are hiring 2 receptionist for 2 locations.
Maxilla Dental Group is one of the fastest-growing dental organizations in the GTA, with 10 locations across the Greater Toronto Area. We are currently seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Dental Receptionist to join our team.
We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities and welcome applicants with or without prior dental experience. If you are motivated, personable, and eager to learn, we are happy to provide training and support.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients and provide exceptional customer service
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Process payments and assist with insurance claims
- Coordinate with dentists and clinical staff to ensure efficient patient flow
- Support daily front-desk operations
Qualifications
- Previous dental reception experience is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Comfortable with computers and administrative tasks
- Experience with AkituOne or Abeldent is considered a strong asset
- Turkish-speaking candidates are strongly encouraged to apply and will be considered a valuable asset
- Knowledge of dental insurance and treatment coordination is an asset
