Job Overview
Must have 1yr experience, AZ Driver or Owner Operator with a Sleeper Cab Truck Truck to manage freight transportation within Canada and or Canada to the USA. The ideal candidate will possess good driving skills, knowledge of freight handling. This position is essential for maintaining efficient supply chain operations and requires a professional with a commitment to safety and excellence.
Duties
- Operate a Sleeper Cab Truck for cross-border freight transportation within Canada and or Canada and or to the USA
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations
- Navigate international routes efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and customs procedures
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation, including bills of lading and shipping manifests
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, clients, and customs officials regarding delivery schedules and requirements
- Ensure cargo is handled carefully to prevent damage during transit
Requirements
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for international freight transport
- Knowledge of freight handling procedures and safety protocol
- Strong understanding of customs regulations and cross-border shipping procedures
- Commitment to safety, punctuality, and professional conduct during all operations
Pay: $180,000.00-$300,000.00 per year
