Overview
We are looking for a reliable, professional, and customer-focused Lot Attendant & Valet to join our luxury automotive team. This role is an important part of delivering an exceptional customer experience by ensuring our vehicle inventory and customer vehicles are handled with the highest level of care.
Responsibilities
Vehicle & Lot Management
- Organize and maintain new and used vehicle inventory throughout the dealership.
- Ensure vehicles are parked safely and correctly within designated lanes and parking spaces.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing dealership lot.
- Safely operate and relocate vehicles throughout the dealership and surrounding areas.
- Monitor vehicle fuel, washer fluid, and other basic vehicle needs.
- Complete vehicle walk-arounds and accurately document any existing damage or concerns.
Vehicle Presentation & Customer Vehicles
- Wash and vacuum customer vehicles and dealership vehicles as required.
- Ensure vehicles in the test drive area are clean, presentable, and ready for customers.
- Maintain the highest level of care when handling customer vehicles, particularly luxury and high-value vehicles.
- Relocate customer vehicles when required.
Customer Service & Valet
- Provide professional and courteous valet service to customers.
- Pick up and deliver customer vehicles or guests as required.
- Assist with shuttle driving and valet services when needed.
Service Department Support
- Assist the Hyundai Service Drive-Thru when required, including supporting vehicle flow, customer vehicle movements, and general drive-thru operations.
- Support dealership operations during busy periods and provide assistance wherever needed.
What We're Looking For
- Valid Ontario Class G Driver's Licence with a clean driver's abstract.
- Previous experience in a dealership, valet, automotive, hospitality, or customer service environment is an asset.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining vehicle presentation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to safely operate a variety of vehicles, including luxury and high-performance vehicles.
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour
